Reiki can be learnt by anyone regardless of their intellectual or physical abilities. It is a wonderful tool for mindfulness and personal growth. Lessons can one-on-one training or taught course over several sessions to fit in with your schedule.

Usui Reiki Training

First Degree Usui Reiki

This course introduces you to the history, theory, principles and practice of Usui Reiki Healing. It is the start of your self healing practice.
Here you will receive 4 attunements as well as learning the hand positions to heal yourself ( and others ). It is a pretty packed day of learning, self healing and development as well as practice.
You will receive your training certificate and qualification on completion of the day. The group is kept small with very limited numbers.
