Fever, cough, congestion, sore throat, chest pain, general illness/contagious infectious diseases will mean we'll need to reschedule your visit or a form from doctor.

For health and safety reasons no children( please see below for exclusions).

Support persons and guide dogs welcome- please contact so arrangements can be made.

Cash, and bank transfers are welcome- eftpos facilities are coming soon. Payment is due at time of service. Prices are subject to change.

  • Please keep in mind that for small businesses in the service industry, Cancellation Policies are put in place to protect the business. Businesses do not profit from a cancellation fee.

    It is meant as a deterrent. It is meant as a gentle reminder to respect my time and the health of the business. Cancelation policies are not meant to punish or bully clients.

    Emergencies happen and I will work with you if that's the case.

    If you do not feel well please reschedule.

    If I or my family are not well, I will not be in and I will extend a discount on your next service.

    ***IF YOU TELL ME YOU'RE NOT SICK, BUT YOU LOOK AND OR SOUND SICK I WILL CANCEL YOUR SERVICE AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CANCELLATION FEE***. 

    At the time of your online booking, you may be prompted and required by the the system to make a 50% DEPOSIT in order to hold the appointment.

    The deposit will go towards your total payment of services. It'll be held as a no show fee if you do not arrive or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

    Cancellation fees are only charged for appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours from start of appointment or if client does not arrive for services/NO SHOWS .

    If the client arrives so late that the service cannot even start, it is then a same day cancellation and the fee will be charged.

    The SAME DAY 24hr CANCELLATION/NO SHOW FEE will be waived if I can fill your time slot or if I can get you in on the SAME DAY-later time slot.

  • Our industry is built on sanitation and safety.

    Your safety is my number one priority. To help put your mind at ease, services are spaced out to allow for proper disinfecting using a hospital grade disinfectant, and sterilizing machines.

    During your treatment I will be wearing gloves when appropriate. All linens/towels are replaced after each treatment.

    I WILL NOT BE SHARING MY OWN OR ASKING FOR YOUR PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION (beyond whats needed to know for contraindications)

    Skin patch tests must be performed 24-48 hours before any tinting/ lifting/henna services, or a waver form signed.

  • Enter by walking past the garage on the left side, you will see my room. Upon arrival please turn your phone off.

    IF MY DOOR IS CLOSED WITH A DO NOT DISTURB SIGN that means I'm finishing up with a client. Please wait for me in your vehicle and I will message you when the room is ready for you.

    There is plenty of visitor parking on Saint James avenue. Please park on the road. Do not park in driveway.

    Arriving on time…

    Arriving late to a service affects my ability to service other clients scheduled after you. I cannot guarantee a full treatment if you arrive 15 minutes late or more

    When scheduling your appointments please allow some extra time to make up for traffic, road construction, weather, kids, bad drivers, ducks crossing and everything else that makes people late!

  • Soul to skin respects your privacy and will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.

    Client information entered into the web site is stored behind a firewall, is protected, and will only be used for the purpose stated.

  • For health and safety reasons children and friends are not allowed to accompany- TEENS 16 AND YOUNGER RECEIVING SERVICES MUST HAVE AN ADULT PRESENT IN THE STUDIO,( support worker/guides/translators are welcome.—please contact so arrangements can be made).

    For many health and safety reasons children cannot be in the room while treatments are being performed. I prefer the treatments being solely focused on my clients and extra people in the room can be a hindrance.

    Soul to Skin is a 12 sq. ft. space with a bed/desk, expensive equipment, and products. I love children and I love supporting woman trying to juggle it all (as a mum of 2...I get it)
